Enviro Gardens

A long awaited plan from Room 3 became a reality. Helped by some really cool Dads and Amanada from Enviro Schools, Mrs Jones and the Enviro group as well as extra helpers from Room 3,we created the outline of our new gardens. Once spring arrives we will plant an edible orchard to provide the students of Kuranui School with  extra fruit through out the year.
Trees and plants from Paper for Trees have arrived and we will plant these in the next 3 weeks. Thank you everyone .... and come visit our new look.

Room 3 has talent!!!

Dylan is so enthusiastic he has driven ahead with his learning to create a musical instrument at home. he shared with us and tested it. He has thought about some modifications he can make and will test it again.

Well done Dylan, that is exactly what a technologist does! 

 

In Room 3 we have been learning to add a hook to invite the reader to read, add imagery in our writing to paint a clear picture in the readers mind and select a moment in time. Well done Ben, this is a terrific piece of writing.
