Room3's Treaty

In Room 3 we have been  looking at what makes a great classmate, a good citizen and ultimately great learners. We identified the good traits of excellent learners and designed a treaty to guide us into good learning habits. In the spirit of the Treaty of Waitangi we placed our marks on the agreed treaty and signed our names to seal our promise.

Sunsmart Challenge

We are looking at a fun way to demonstrate our learning about being Sun Smart. We have decided to create posters for the school to help remind others to be SunSmart. Using pages we are integrating our ICT skills and and learning about how to keep ourselves safe in the sun or the water. Keep an eye out for our posters around the school.

The road trip 2011- 2012.

So what did you get up to over the holidays??? Bryoney and I went on a a stunning road trip to visit family, friends and to see the South Island. See if you can spot some of the places we visited!

Welocme Back to Room 3 2012

Welcome back everyone, thanks for the great start we have made to our learning! We have been talking about and identifying what makes a great learner. Over the next two weeks we will be establishing our class treaty, learning about being sunsmart and healthy eating. All important things to activate our learning.
